Job Summary:

This role is ideal for an engineer with strong technical fundamentals and practical experience maintaining and improving production systems The successful candidate will contribute across the engineering lifecycle including application development platform modernization infrastructure management CICD automation operational excellence reporting monitoring and troubleshooting

The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced engineering environment takes ownership of technical problems and can independently drive solutions from investigation through implementation

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development Maintenance

Design develop enhance and maintain web applications APIs and internal engineering tools

Develop backend services and automation solutions using C and NET technologies

Write clean maintainable testable and performant code

Participate in code reviews design reviews testing and deployment activities

Contribute to application stability performance scalability and maintainability improvements

Platform Modernization Technical Debt Reduction

Execute framework runtime and library upgrades across existing applications

Identify and remediate technical debt and obsolete dependencies

Support infrastructure and platform modernization initiatives

Improve operational readiness reliability and supportability of engineering systems

Assist engineering teams with migration activities and platform improvements

DevOps Release Engineering

Build maintain and improve CICD pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tooling

Automate build deployment validation and monitoring processes

Support release management and deployment activities across environments

Improve deployment reliability observability and rollback capabilities

Create scripts and automation to eliminate manual operational activities





Data Engineering Reporting Analytics

Develop operational dashboards and engineering health reports

Create Power BI reports and visualizations for business and engineering stakeholders

Query analyze and visualize data from

o SQL Server

o Kusto Azure Data Explorer

o Operational datasets

Build automated reporting and monitoring solutions

Develop service health KPI and operational excellence dashboards

Infrastructure Environment Management

Manage and maintain Virtual Machines configurations and supporting infrastructure

Support Azurebased services and resource configurations

Configure and maintain monitoring alerting logging and diagnostics

Participate in environment setup configuration management and operational support

Assist with capacity planning performance tuning and reliability improvements

Production Support Troubleshooting

Investigate troubleshoot and resolve production issues across application infrastructure and data layers

Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions

Support incident response and operational readiness activities

Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability and supportability

Drive continuous improvement through automation and operational excellence initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer science Software Engineering Information Technology or related field

8 years of professional software engineering experience

Robust handson experience with

o C

o SQL Server

o REST APIs

o Gitbased source control systems

Solid understanding of

o Data structures and algorithms

o Objectoriented design principles

o Design patterns

o Software testing methodologies

o Performance optimization
