Education : BE / B.Tech / Diploma / PG Diploma in Footwear Technology or relevant Engineering discipline.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager PPC to manage production planning, scheduling, and control activities at our Bahadurgarh plant. The role will be responsible for ensuring timely production, optimum utilization of resources, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Monitor Plan vs. Actual production and take corrective actions.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and capacity.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other departments.
- Monitor material availability and resolve production planning constraints.
- Prepare and maintain PPC MIS, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Manage production scheduling as per business requirements and delivery commitments.




- Analyze production performance and identify opportunities for productivity improvement.
- Support capacity planning, inventory optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to PPC processes, timelines, and production schedules.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).
- Experience in production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, and ERP systems.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
