We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining our products and services, maintaining client relationships and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through various channels.
- Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and other platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable products/services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and business development targets.
- Conduct basic market research and identify recent business opportunities.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare basic sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
