Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-IT functions
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies based on business and workforce requirements.
- Manage a team of recruiters and provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through job portals, referrals, social media, databases, agencies, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen, shortlist, interview, and coordinate candidates through the selection process.
- Manage offer negotiation, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with significant experience in non-IT hirings such as Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Quality, Customer Service, Administration, Supply Chain, and other business functions.
