We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager to take complete ownership of our online business for home textile products, including bedsheets, bedding sets, towels, bath linen, curtains, cushions and other home furnishing products.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete e-commerce operation from A to Z, including marketplace management, product listings, inventory, pricing, advertising, sales growth, order management, returns, customer experience and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify and other relevant marketplaces.
- Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images and A+ content.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, conversion rate, rankings and profitability.
- Plan and manage PPC/marketplace advertising campaigns and optimize ACOS, ROAS and TACOS.
- Monitor inventory, demand forecasting, stock levels and replenishment.
- Analyze competitors, pricing, products, customer reviews and market trends.




- Manage product launches and new SKU development.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns and customer complaints.
- Identify high-performing and loss-making products and take corrective action.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
- Coordinate with photography, design, warehouse, production, logistics and customer service teams.
- Take complete ownership of the e-commerce business and work independently toward revenue and profitability targets. Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should have 25+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience, preferably in home textiles, bedding, home furnishing, apparel or similar consumer products. Solid knowledge of marketplace operations, advertising, inventory management, analytics and online sales is essential.

We are looking for an operator, not just a listing executive — someone capable of independently managing and growing the entire e-commerce business.
