Roles & Responsibilities:

- Process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness
- Handle PF & ESIC registrations, returns, and challans
- Manage statutory compliance and resolve related cases/notices
- Support audits, inspections, and labour department requirements.
- Maintain payroll records, employee data, and documentation
- Support employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and HR operations
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies

Skills & Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, HR, or related field
- 6 - 12 years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour laws, and payroll processes
- Experience in handling challans, filings, and compliance cases
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
