We are currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to join a subsidiary of MKU Magnus Industrial Enterprises.

Roles and Responsibilities

Technical & Process Governance

- Ensure strict adherence to technical specifications, engineering drawings,

and defined process standards for advanced ceramic components.

- Monitor, control, and optimize core ceramic processes including powder

preparation, forming, sintering, machining, and finishing.

- Lead technical troubleshooting and deploy structured problem-solving methodologies to address process deviations.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

- Collaborate with Quality to uphold internal quality norms and customer specific requirements.
- Support root-cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and continuous

improvement of quality systems.

- Maintain robust documentation and traceability in accordance with ISO or customer-mandated standards.

Maintenance & Equipment Reliability

- Partner with the Maintenance function to ensure high equipment uptime and reliability.
- Support preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize operational disruptions.

- Contribute to equipment evaluation, commissioning, and process validation initiatives.

Inventory, Materials & Supply Coordination

- Coordinate with Stores and Procurement to ensure uninterrupted

availability of raw materials, consumables, and critical spares.

- Monitor inventory health, mitigate shortages, and prevent overstocking.




- Enforce proper storage, handling, and movement of ceramic materials and

finished goods.

People Leadership & Safety

- Lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors, engineers, and shop floor teams to drive performance excellence.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental(SHE) protocols.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline, and best-in-class manufacturing practices.
- Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.

- Oversee plant operations, including manpower handling, manufacturing processes, and quality control.

- Develop and implement effective production planning strategies to optimize resource utilization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product development, procurement, and supply chain management.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working setting.

Preferred candidate profile-:

Deep technical understanding of ceramic materials and manufacturing processes

- Strong functional knowledge across Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Materials Management
- Proven capability in process optimization, yield improvement, and operational cost control
- Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, yield, and productivity metrics
- Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and structured problem-solving capability
