Position: SAP ABAP Lead + SAP BASIS

Location: Remote

Timing: 11:00 am to 8 pm (Candidate has to be flexible, and may require 4 hours overlap of US hours)

Rate: 1,80,000 per month

Job Description:
Technical Skills
Robust hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
Expertise in Classical ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP.
Reports and ALV development.
SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts.
Enhancements, User Exits, BADIs, and Enhancement Framework.
IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs, and integration technologies.
Interfaces and middleware integrations.
Debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Experience reviewing technical designs and development deliverables.
Functional Knowledge

Good understanding of SAP business processes in SD, MM, FI, CO, and PP modules.




Ability to effectively collaborate with functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Project & Coordination Experience

Experience coordinating with SAP Basis, ABAP Development, Integration/Middleware, Data Migration, Security/GRC, Reporting & Analytics, Testing, Cutover, Infrastructure/Cloud, and external vendor/system integrator teams.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies, technical deliverables, issue resolution, and project milestones across complex SAP programs.
Experience supporting end-to-end project lifecycle activities including design, development, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
