The Opportunity
The Junior Solution Architect - Digital Transformation, AI CX supports the conversion of client business, operational, and technology needs into structured, viable end-to-end solutions aligned with TP capabilities.
The role participates in discovery, pre-sales, proposals, and early project definition, working under the guidance of senior Solution Architects and coordinating information from Sales, Consulting, Transformation, Product, Data, AI, Software Engineering, Operations, Cybersecurity, and technology partners.
The position combines analytical thinking, functional and technical understanding, documentation capability, and client orientation. The individual is expected to understand problems, structure requirements, produce solution artifacts, analyze alternatives, and contribute to estimates, demos, and handovers while progressively developing architectural judgment and autonomy.
The Responsibilities
- Support discovery sessions with clients and internal teams to understand objectives, processes, customer journeys, pain points, volumes, channels, data, applications, integrations, and constraints.
- Prepare agendas, questions, background information, and working materials for functional and technical workshops.
- Document needs, high-level functional and non-functional requirements, assumptions, dependencies, risks, decisions, and open questions.
- Contribute to operational and technology baselines and connect problems with transformation opportunities.
- Maintain traceability among the client need, expected outcomes, and proposed solution components.
- Support the design of end-to-end solutions integrating processes, people, channels, data, platforms, AI, automation, and integrations.
- Create and maintain solution blueprints, context diagrams, information flows, functional views, component catalogs, and integration matrices.
- Organize contributions from AI, Data, Cloud, Software, Security, CX, and Operations specialists into a coherent solution.
- Analyze solution alternatives and document benefits, limitations, dependencies, and trade-offs for senior architect review.
- Verify consistency across requirements, conceptual solution, scope, assumptions, and proposed deliverables.
- Use TP standards, templates, reference architectures, and approved patterns.
- Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solutioning workshops, and executive and technical presentations.
- Contribute to the value proposition, storyline, and functional and technical description of the solution.
- Prepare supporting materials, diagrams, compliance matrices, technical responses, and documentation for internal and client reviews.
- Coordinate pending information and actions with Sales, Consulting, specialists, partners, and vendors.
- Support demos, proofs of concept, and proofs of value by documenting scenarios, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Participate in client presentations and progressively build the capability to explain and defend assigned solution components.
- Support the definition of scope, work packages, deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Collect and consolidate estimates from Transformation, Engineering, Data, AI, Operations, vendors, and partners.
- Verify that estimates are traceable to solution components and activities.
- Document assumptions related to volumes, users, concurrency, channels, storage, licensing, model consumption, infrastructure, and support.
- Contribute to the Bill of Materials, cost structure, and pricing models under supervision.
- Identify inconsistencies, omissions, or risks that may affect effort, schedule, cost, or viability and escalate them promptly.
- Research platforms, products, vendors, and capabilities applicable to each opportunity.
- Compare build, buy, configure, reuse, or partner alternatives using architecture-team criteria.
- Identify reusable TP assets, products, accelerators, and capabilities.
- Prepare comparative matrices covering capabilities, licensing, integrations, support, security, scalability, and constraints.
- Maintain current references, components, and vendor information used by the solutioning team.
- Escalate findings or risks related to vendor lock-in, roadmaps, cost, compliance, or third-party dependency.
- Prepare and support the pre-sales-to-delivery handover, ensuring documentation is complete, current, and organized.
- Maintain traceability for architecture, scope, assumptions, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and pending decisions.
- Participate in kickoffs, solution-refinement sessions, and design reviews as required.
- Update solution artifacts based on approved decisions or changes during early project stages.
- Identify differences between the sold solution and delivery interpretation and facilitate resolution with the accountable architect.
- Capture project lessons to improve future blueprints, proposals, templates, and estimates.
- Support the definition of baselines, KPIs, success criteria, and value hypotheses.
- Connect solution components with business, operational, experience, and efficiency outcomes.
- Contribute to basic business cases and benefit models with Consulting, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
- Maintain a record of value assumptions and metrics to be validated during delivery.
- Support identification of expansion or reuse opportunities based on existing solutions.
- Include defined security, privacy, identity, segregation, residency, and data-retention requirements in solution artifacts.
- Coordinate questions and evidence required by Cybersecurity, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance.
- Identify basic risks related to data, integrations, third parties, operational continuity, and AI use, and escalate them to the accountable owner.
- Apply Responsible AI, human-oversight, guardrail, and information-protection checklists and standards where applicable.
- Verify that risks, exceptions, and open decisions are documented and assigned to an owner.
- Complete the defined learning path across CX, BPO, architecture, cloud, AI, data, automation, and consulting.
- Request feedback and apply lessons from proposal, design, and project reviews.
- Contribute to playbooks, templates, knowledge bases, demos, and reusable team assets.
- Participate in communities of practice, technical sessions, and architecture reviews.
- Progressively develop autonomy to lead low-complexity opportunities and defined components of larger solutions.
The Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Additional education in cloud, architecture, AI, data, automation, CX, Agile,
or consulting is preferred.
- Foundation or associate certifications in cloud, architecture, CRM, CCaaS, AI/Data, or Agile are a plus.
- 4-6 years of experience in technology, consulting, business analysis, digital transformation, pre-sales, or solution implementation.
- At least 2-3 years participating in solutioning, architecture, business analysis, consulting, pre-sales, or client-facing technical roles.
- Experience documenting requirements, processes, integrations, or functional and technical designs.
- Participation in proposals, RFP/RFI responses, estimates, demos, proofs of concept, or transformation projects.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing dependencies and action items.
- Experience or exposure to at least one cloud provider and enterprise solutions.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Customer Experience, BPO, contact centers, or customer service.
- Understanding of operational processes, customer journeys, and metrics such as AHT, resolution, containment, CSAT, quality, conversion, productivity, service level, and cost per interaction.
- Interest in understanding multi-country, multi-client, and mission-critical 24x7 operating models.
- Ability to connect business needs with processes, technology, data, and metrics.
- Fundamentals of solution architecture, system integration, APIs, services, data, cloud, and security.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of CCaaS, CRM, WFM, Quality Management, Knowledge Management, analytics, reporting, and automation.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI, GenAI, Conversational AI, Voice AI, STT/TTS, Agent Assist, RAG, and human-in-the-loop.
- Ability to create diagrams, interpret technical documentation, understand API concepts, and identify dependencies.
- Proficiency with diagramming, presentation, spreadsheet, and collaborative documentation tools.
- Daily coding is not required; knowledge of programming, SQL, APIs, or scripting is valued.
- Analytical and structured thinking with attention to detail.
- Technology curiosity and rapid-learning capability.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to synthesize information and produce quality documents and presentations.
- Client orientation, collaboration, and commitment reliability.

- Fluent Spanish.
- Intermediate-advanced English (B2 or higher).
