Provide in office support for network towers across multiple locations.
Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment.
Perform troubleshooting for connectivity and hardware issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure uptime of network sites.
Coordinate with the NOC team and vendors for issue resolution.
Experience working on network towers or field network setups.
Strong knowledge of routers, switches, cabling, and RF equipment.
Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS,
and networking protocols.
Willingness to travel extensively to various field locations.
Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Telecom, or Networking preferred.
Installation, commissioning, testing, calibration, and migration work
- Working on telecom equipment (e.g., Ribbon / ECI or similar vendors)
- 247 working environment (shift/roster-based work)
- Willingness to travel / relocate anywhere in Kerala at short notice
- Field site work (not purely office-based role)
- Training and TA will be provided.
