- An entrepreneurial driven person with 4+ years of experience in dealing with Europe Geography and handling Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers of Automotive industry.
- Should have a robust experience into Sales/Lead generation/Cold calling. Decent experience with contact mining/Market research.
- Should have worked on all aspects of the sales cycle right from sales planning, lead generation, client acquisition, revenue optimization from existing clients & leading the sales team.
- Should have experience of selling services and solution in the engineering services domain, understanding of product development lifecycle for automotive embedded electronics is plus

What Role & Responsibility to Expect:

- To catalyze the business development in Europe region, by identifying the prospective clients for the Organization in technology companies.
- Study various verticals,



identify potential customers and generate leads
- Lead the sales team for overall unit growth
- Carry out marketing research, do sales forecasting, promotional planning and brand promotion.
- Track against targets and budget
- Meet the profitability, revenue goals and provide customer satisfaction.
- Send regular updates to the management and actively participate in the decision-making process.
- Assist in marketing and pre-sales activities.
