Senior AI/ML Engineer Experimentation & Model Operations
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior AI/ML Engineer to build, scale, and monitor advanced machine learning systems. You will bridge data processing on Databricks with scalable model training and serving on Vertex AI. Your core focus will be driving experimentation frameworks for real-time personalization and next-gen conversational analytics, while maintaining rigorous model monitoring in production.
Personalization Experimentation
- Design, build, and deploy multi-armed bandits and cooperative filtering or deep learning-based personalization models.
- Partner with product and data science teams to set up robust A/B testing and multivariate experimentation frameworks.
- Optimize feature pipelines using Databricks Delta Lake and sync features efficiently into production environments.
