Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of the platform across schools.
- Plan implementation timelines, milestones, configurations, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with school POCs, technical teams, and technology partners.
- Monitor platform performance, infrastructure, security, backups, and system health.
- Coordinate software development, bug fixes, testing, UAT, and production releases.
- Gather customer feedback and support product enhancements and roadmap planning.
- Manage technical support, SLAs, TATs, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis.
- Ensure data privacy, access controls, compliance, and information security.
- Conduct online/offline user training and prepare manuals, FAQs, and training materials.
