- Manage commercial interior fit-out projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 8-16 years of experience in corporate interiors or similar industry.
- Robust understanding of commercial projects management principles and practices.
- Excellent budget management skills with ability to prepare accurate estimates and manage costs effectively.
