Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Engineer to manage and oversee all billing-related activities for real estate and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing contractor bills, verifying quantities and measurements, checking BOQs, coordinating with project and site teams, and ensuring timely processing of payments.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and process RA Bills, Final Bills, and Contractor Bills.
- Verify quantities and measurements as per approved BOQ, drawings, and work orders.
- Conduct joint measurements with contractors and site engineers.
- Prepare and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and rate analysis.
- Check contractor bills against actual work executed at the project site.
- Ensure deductions such as advances, retention money, statutory deductions, and recoveries are accurately applied.
- Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Finance, and Site Teams for timely bill verification and processing.
- Maintain records of work orders, purchase orders, contracts, amendments, and billing documents.
- Monitor project costs and support the team with cost control and budget tracking.
- Reconcile contractor accounts and resolve billing-related discrepancies.




- Assist in preparing project cost reports and MIS.
- Ensure all billing activities are carried out as per company policies, contractual terms, and project timelines.
- Support the final account settlement and closure of contracts.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. /
- Experience: 7–8 years of relevant experience in Billing or Cost Management.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Residential, Commercial, or High-Rise Projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, Final Bills, Rate Analysis, and Quantity Take-Off.
- Valuable understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP or other billing and project management software will be an added advantage.
