- Analyze Gold Loan business and portfolio data.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Track KPIs including disbursement, outstanding portfolio, LTV, collections, delinquency and NPA.
- Perform branch-wise and region-wise performance analysis.
- Identify trends, gaps and actionable business insights.
- Support Credit, Risk, Business and Operations teams with data analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel/Power BI.
- Automate recurring reports and improve MIS efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
- Work with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
