Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP).
- Track project progress, milestones, productivity, resources, and delays across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation activities.
- Prepare 2-week, 4-week and monthly look-ahead plans.
- Conduct schedule variance and critical path analysis.
- Prepare weekly/monthly project reports, S-curves, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Develop Power BI dashboards for project progress, schedule, cost, resources, and KPIs.
- Support project risk identification, mitigation, recovery plans, and completion forecasting.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams for progress data and reporting.

Preferred Experience

Experience in PMO, Planning, Project Controls, or Project Management, preferably in large-scale industrial, EPC, manufacturing, chemical, steel, power, cement, or infrastructure projects.
