Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion PSCM Lead with solid techno-functional expertise across Procurement and Supply Chain Management, with additional exposure to Manufacturing processes within an industrial manufacturing environment. The role will focus on Oracle Fusion technical solution leadership, integrations, configurations, process optimization, and governance while ensuring alignment between business requirements and scalable Oracle Fusion solutions. This is a contractual role requiring strong collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners.

Skill / Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of total experience with robust experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM/PSCM.
- Strong techno-functional expertise with primary focus on Oracle Fusion technical solutions and architecture.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Mandatory EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) domain experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
- Strong experience with Procurement modules including Purchasing, Supplier Management, Sourcing, and related procurement processes.
- Strong experience across Supply Chain modules including Inventory, Order Management, Planning, or related SCM capabilities.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.




- Experience with Oracle Fusion configurations, extensions, workflows, approvals, and technical solution design.
- Strong understanding of SCM data migration, interfaces, data validation, and integration architecture.
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, and Oracle Fusion reporting.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion security, roles, access controls, and technical governance.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Manufacturing business processes.
- Ability to translate business and functional requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion technical solutions.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, impact assessment, regression testing, and release management.
- Experience working with implementation partners and managing technical deliverables.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle Fusion PSCM solutions across Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing functions.
- Provide technical leadership for Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
- Design and govern integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs,



and web services.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion technical solutions.
- Lead and review configurations, extensions, workflows, approvals, and technical designs across PSCM modules.
- Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay, inventory, supply chain, and manufacturing processes.
- Provide Oracle Fusion Manufacturing exposure and support for industrial manufacturing business requirements.
- Support supplier management, purchasing, sourcing, inventory, order management, planning, and related SCM processes.
- Lead data migration, interfaces, data validation, reporting, and technical troubleshooting activities.
- Develop and govern OTBI and BI Publisher reporting solutions for Procurement and Supply Chain requirements.
- Review Oracle Fusion security, roles, access controls, and technical governance.
- Lead Oracle Fusion quarterly release assessments, impact analysis, regression testing, and release readiness.
- Ensure Oracle Fusion solutions align with EPC business processes and industrial manufacturing requirements.
- Coordinate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners.
- Review technical designs and deliverables to ensure adherence to Oracle Fusion standards and enterprise architecture.
- Identify integration gaps, technical risks, performance issues, and opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Maintain technical documentation, solution designs, governance standards, and CoE knowledge repositories.
