Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Engineering Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting engineering professionals across various disciplines. This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, candidate relationship management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

The Engineering Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from identifying qualified candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting the hiring process through offer and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and identify qualified engineering candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and assess candidates against technical job requirements.
- Recruit candidates across engineering disciplines, including Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Quality, Civil, Process, and Supplier Quality Engineering.
- Develop a strong understanding of engineering job descriptions, technical skills, qualifications, and industry requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical experience, education, location, work authorization, compensation, availability, and overall suitability.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, clients, and account managers.




- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS/VMS.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified engineering professionals for current and future requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to support long-term talent acquisition efforts.
- Work closely with account managers and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment and submission targets.
- Ensure candidates are properly qualified and submitted within required timelines.
- Stay updated on engineering industry trends, technologies, skills, and market conditions.

Required Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience recruiting engineering professionals across disciplines such as Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Quality, or related engineering fields.
- Experience working with any client implementation or engineering-focused staffing program is highly desirable.
- Experience with candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
