Role & Responsibilities

- Assist in laboratory testing and quality control activities as per project requirements and applicable standards.
- Support site supervision and inspection of ongoing construction activities.
- Coordinate with site engineers, laboratory staff, contractors, and project teams for smooth execution of work.
- Monitor the quality of construction materials, workmanship, and testing procedures.
- Assist in collecting samples and maintaining proper records of laboratory and site tests.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports, test reports, inspection records, and documentation.
- Ensure that site activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Identify and report any quality issues, deviations, or non-conformities to the senior/project engineer.
- Assist in monitoring the use and condition of laboratory equipment and testing instruments.
- Undertake regular site visits and field inspections as required.
- Follow all applicable safety, quality, and project procedures.




- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for both laboratory and site supervision activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
- Basic understanding of civil construction, material testing, and quality control will be an advantage.
- Good observation, documentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at laboratory as well as project/site locations.
- Comfortable with field work, site visits, and coordination with different teams.
- Training will be provided for laboratory testing, quality control, and site supervision work.
- Candidates should have a learning attitude, sincerity, and willingness to take up current responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and report preparation is preferred.
