Position: IT/Automotive Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and qualified networks. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including screening, interview scheduling, coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation. • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver talent acquisition solutions accordingly. • Maintain and update candidate pipelines, ensuring timely delivery against hiring targets and service level agreements. • Recruit for specialized roles in domains such as Embedded Systems, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack Development, among others.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience within the IT or Automotive sectors. • Proficient in candidate sourcing techniques including Boolean search, and usage of platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Monster. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple job openings effectively and adapt to shifting priorities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive and results-driven approach.
