Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce attrition and shrinkage rates, ensuring high levels of agent retention.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., underwriting, claims) to resolve issues related to policy servicing.
Job Requirements :
- 5-11 years of experience in B2C sales or field sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
- Robust understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
