Job Description

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer – Multi-Agent Orchestration to design, develop, and scale production-grade AI services and multi-agent systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, LangGraph, LangChain, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic workflow design, along with the ability to drive technical standards across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and implement multi-agent orchestration patterns using LangGraph, including skills-based workflows for Refinement, Decision, and Coding Agents.
- Design and evolve prompting architectures and RAG strategies to deliver accurate, reliable, and application-specific AI outputs.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise knowledge bases and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Conduct technical design reviews and establish engineering best practices for production-grade AI services.
- Ensure solutions comply with EU AI Act, DORA, DevSecOps, security, and internal engineering standards.
- Mentor junior AI engineers on prompt engineering, agentic design patterns, Python development, and production best practices.




- Collaborate with Germany-based architects and product owners to translate architectural concepts into scalable AI solutions.
- Integrate AI services with GitHub EU Cloud, Jira, and enterprise development workflows.
- Evaluate and benchmark foundation models such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, and Google Gemini.
- Optimize AI solutions for accuracy, latency, scalability, reliability, and cost.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing AI/ML systems, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience building production LLM applications.
- Expert-level Python programming skills.
- Strong hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and modern AI orchestration frameworks.
- Deep expertise in:
- Multi-agent systems
- Agentic workflows
- Prompt engineering
- RAG architectures
- LLM application development

- Robust knowledge of Claude, GPT, and Gemini, including model selection, evaluation, context-window management, and fine-tuning strategies.
- Experience designing scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI services.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience driving technical discussions and engineering standards across distributed teams.
