We are looking for a skilled Hosting Server Administrator to manage, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot our web hosting infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with cPanel/WHM, Linux servers, website hosting, DNS, email services, SSL, backups, malware/security issues, and server troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Linux-based hosting servers and hosting environments.
- Install, configure, and maintain cPanel/WHM.
- Create and manage hosting accounts, domains, subdomains, databases, FTP accounts, and email accounts.
- Configure and troubleshoot DNS records including A, MX, CNAME, TXT, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Configure and manage SSL certificates and troubleshoot SSL-related issues.
- Manage business email accounts and configure email accounts in Outlook and other email clients.
- Troubleshoot email delivery issues such as spam, blacklisting, bounce-back, and mail queue problems.
- Monitor server CPU, RAM, disk space, bandwidth, services, and overall performance.
- Troubleshoot website downtime, server errors, database issues, and connectivity problems.
- Identify and resolve malware, hacked websites,



suspicious files, and security-related issues.
- Perform regular server backups and ensure proper backup retention.
- Handle backup restoration of websites, databases, emails, and hosting accounts when required.
- Perform server updates, patches, and security hardening.
- Monitor and troubleshoot services such as Apache/Nginx, PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, FTP, DNS, SMTP, POP3/IMAP, etc.
- Troubleshoot website issues related to PHP versions, permissions, configuration, and server resources.
- Handle domain pointing, nameserver changes, DNS propagation, and hosting migrations.
- Perform website/server migrations between servers or hosting providers.
- Monitor server logs and investigate errors and suspicious activities.
- Maintain server security and take preventive measures against unauthorized access and attacks.
- Provide technical support to clients regarding hosting, domains, websites, emails, and server-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of server configurations, issues, backups, and resolutions.
