Role & Responsibilities Graduate Engineer Trainee (Mechanical)

- Undergo structured training in mechanical engineering, manufacturing processes, production, maintenance, quality, and plant operations.
- Assist senior engineers in day-to-day engineering, production, maintenance, and project activities.
- Understand and follow engineering drawings, specifications, SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Support troubleshooting and identification of mechanical problems and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Assist in monitoring machines, equipment, production processes, and plant operations.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Projects, Stores, and other departments as required.
- Maintain engineering records, production reports, inspection reports, and other technical documentation.
- Support continuous improvement, productivity, cost-reduction, and process-improvement initiatives.
- Follow company safety procedures, quality systems, and applicable engineering standards.
- Develop practical knowledge through on-the-job training and gradually take responsibility for assigned engineering activities.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Freshers/0–1 year of experience are preferred.
- Solid fundamentals in Mechanical Engineering and a willingness to build practical, hands-on knowledge.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, machine elements, materials, production, maintenance, and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks/CATIA/Creo or other engineering software will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant/industrial environment and learn through hands-on training.
- Candidates should demonstrate a strong learning attitude, discipline, adaptability, and willingness to take responsibility.
- Willingness to relocate or work in shifts, if required by the business.
