Job Requirements :
- 2-24 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with expertise in home finance (home loans) & Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
