Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (6-9 Years)

Role: D365 Technical Consultant / Developer
Experience: 6-9 Years

Location : Pune or Bangalore

Work from office : All 5 days a week

Job Summary

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience in customization, integrations, Power Platform solutions, and client-focused delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET.
- Build and enhance applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript, HTML, and web resources.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.




- Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 6-9 years of overall IT experience with robust Dynamics 365 development expertise.
- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and Web API.
- Experience in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of Canvas App, Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with Azure Services, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
- Understanding of business processes and CRM best practices.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
