As a Business Development Associate, your role will be-

- Counselling and guiding working professionals from top organisations, including TCS, Infosys, Accenture, HCL Technologies, regarding career advancement and upskilling opportunities.
- Conduct cold calling to generate qualified leads while consistently achieving individual and team revenue targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF INTERNSHIP/FULL TIME EXPERIENCE IN SALES PREFERRED.
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule

- Working Days- Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off).
- Employees may avail 1st & 3rd Saturday off based on performance.

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive Salary: 2.4 LPA- 5 LPA (Based on skills and experience) + Performance-based incentives (Uncapped)
