Key requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supervising modular furniture installation.

No specific educational qualification is mandatory. Relevant hands-on experience will be the key criterion.

Should be comfortable with local travel and extensive field/site work. This is a hands-on, site-based role and not a desk-oriented position.

Should be street-smart, proactive and capable of independently managing in office situations.

Should have basic communication skills in Hindi and/or English to communicate effectively with customers, installers and other stakeholders. We do not necessarily require an extremely polished communicator, but basic professional communication is essential.

Should be basic tech-savvy, with the ability to send/receive emails, update Google Sheets/Documents and use basic digital tools for reporting and coordination.

Preferably a young and physically active candidate, considering the amount of movement and on-site supervision involved in the role.
