Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of PEB and structural steel projects, from project handover to final completion.
Develop and monitor project schedules, execution plans, manpower requirements, and resource allocation.
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, design, production, procurement, logistics, and site teams.
Monitor project progress against approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
Coordinate with engineering and design teams for timely drawing approvals, revisions, and technical clarifications.
Oversee fabrication, material procurement, dispatch, transportation, and erection activities.
Lead project execution teams and ensure effective coordination between office and site operations.
Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement timely corrective measures.
Conduct project review meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, contracts, and execution requirements.
Monitor project billing, variations, material reconciliation, and relevant project documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory,



and company requirements.
Drive timely resolution of site issues, customer complaints, technical queries, and project bottlenecks.
Ensure successful project completion, snag rectification, commissioning, and final handover.

Required Qualifications & Competencies:-
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or a relevant discipline. 15+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in a PEB Project Manager / Project Management role.
Robust hands-on experience in PEB and structural steel project execution.
Proven track record of independently managing projects from order execution through final handover.
Strong knowledge of PEB fabrication, erection, project planning, and site execution.
Excellent leadership, team management, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
Strong client, consultant, vendor, and subcontractor management skills.
Good understanding of project cost control, quality management, safety, and resource planning.
Proficiency in MS Excel and project management tools such as MS Project / Primavera will be an advantage.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
