Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Jira.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular status updates.

Job Requirements :

- 12-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and practices (Scrum/Kanban).
- Proficiency in JIRA for managing projects.
- Experience with Waterfall or Hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) project management methodologies.
