Job Summary

Rialtes is looking for a Senior SAP FICO-CO Consultant / Lead Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CO-PC / Product Costing and SAP S/4HANA Finance.

The role is primarily focused on Product Costing / CO-PC (80%) with SAP FICO/CO (20%).

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP CO-PC / Product Costing implementations, rollouts and AMS support.
- Robust hands-on experience in Product Costing, Costing Variants, Cost Component Structure, Standard Costing, Material Ledger and Actual Costing.
- Experience in Production Costing, WIP, Variance Calculation and Settlement.
- Good understanding of COPA, Cost Center, Profit Center and Internal Orders.
- Working knowledge of core SAP FICO GL, AP, AR and Asset Accounting.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and ECC to S/4HANA transformation.




- Lead client workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, testing and go-live activities.
- Work with global/international clients and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

- 10+ years of SAP FICO/CO consulting experience.
- Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
- Minimum 2 S/4HANA implementation/migration projects.
- Strong CO-PC / Product Costing experience is mandatory.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
