- Key Responsibilities

- Experience at saree store preferred

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store and provide a warm, personalised shopping experience.

- Understand customer preferences and recommend sarees, fabrics, colours and styles accordingly.

- Demonstrate products confidently and explain fabric, craftsmanship, design details and pricing.

- Build robust relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

- Achieve individual and store sales targets.

- Maintain high standards of store presentation, product display and visual merchandising.

- Assist customers with draping, styling and coordinating sarees with jewellery or other accessories where required.

- Manage billing, customer records and follow-ups as per company procedures.

- Ensure the store and merchandise are maintained to luxury retail standards.

- Support stock management, replenishment and periodic inventory checks. promotions
