About the Role

Novatrix is looking for a motivated, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and converting prospects into customers.

Graduates are welcome to apply. MBA candidates, especially those specializing in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, will be preferred. Candidates with relevant sales experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, emails, and client visits.
- Identify potential clients and develop strong professional relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable Novatrix solutions.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to drive conversions.
- Conduct client meetings and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities.




- Maintain regular reports on leads, follow-ups, and sales performance.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, Interior, Exhibition, Advertising, Construction, or related industries are welcome.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong lead-generation and client-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
