Title: Regional Head Project Execution | South India

Location: Chennai

Role Overview

Responsible for driving regional project execution, site operations and partner development across South India, with strong exposure to PEB, structural steel and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of PEB/steel structure projects, including erection, installation and commissioning.
- Manage site teams, contractors and resources to achieve quality, safety, cost and timeline targets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects and contractors to resolve execution and technical issues.
- Ensure effective coordination with design, production, procurement, logistics and engineering teams.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, manpower, materials and subcontractor performance.
- Develop and strengthen the regional builder, contractor and consultant network.
- Identify, evaluate and onboard new builders, erection agencies and sub-vendors.




- Support regional business development through market intelligence, client relationships and recent project opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality and statutory requirements.
- Travel extensively across South India for projects, clients and partner development.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 15-20 years' experience in PEB/steel structure/industrial construction.
- Strong understanding of erection, commissioning and project execution.
- Proven experience managing large projects, site teams and subcontractors.
- Well-connected with builders, consultants, architects and contractors across South India.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in builder/vendor network development and onboarding will be preferred.
