Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for timely project completion.
- Conduct site surveys and analyze data to determine the best course of action for platform planning and network design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Experience with platform planning and network design tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
