The Assistance claims

Team registers, verifies, and evaluates claims and make the necessary payments, in both STRADA and Intertours policies. These include travel assistance, travel annulation, replacement vehicles, vehicle breakdown and consecutive expenses (Such as hotel, train/buses, taxis, etc.)

Ability to work in big teams

Processing and meeting the daily targets and maintain high quality standards

Ability to Identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency & gain productivity

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate /Post Graduate

Intermediary (B2.2) Level knowledge of German Language

Soft skills required:

Good communication and strong interpersonal

Positive time management skills

Expertise in Excel & Power Point

Team player and ability to work closely with onshore team/ supervisors

Technical skills required:

Excellent spoken and written German skills.

Knowledge of insurance business would be an added advantage
