Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced LAP Executive to drive Loan Against Property sales through open-market sourcing, customer acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in LAP sales and excellent field-level networking skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Generate leads for Loan Against Property (LAP) through direct sourcing, referrals, DSA channels, and open-market visits.

* Identify potential customers and understand their financial and loan requirements.

* Explain LAP products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, tenure, and documentation requirements.

* Conduct field visits to meet customers, property owners, and business prospects.

* Collect and verify customer and property-related documents.

* Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for loan processing.





* Follow up on applications from login to sanction and disbursement.

* Maintain regular follow-up with customers for pending documents and application status.

* Achieve monthly sales, login, sanction, and disbursement targets.

* Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, builders, brokers, DSA partners, and other referral sources.

* Ensure proper KYC and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, follow-ups, and conversions.

* Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding sales performance and pipeline.

Candidate Profile

* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in LAP sales.

* Strong knowledge of the LAP sales and loan processing cycle.

* Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

* Willingness to work in the open market and undertake regular field visits.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

* Strong local market knowledge and customer/DSA network will be an added advantage.
