Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive HVAC Project/Site Engineer to manage on-site execution and coordination for HVAC installation projects across Bangalore, Chennai, and Kochi. The role requires close collaboration with clients, design teams, and site personnel to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients, design, and planning teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
- Guide and supervise installation of diffusers, grilles, dampers, and other HVAC components as per approved drawings.
- Oversee erection of HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, and insulation work at site.
- Coordinate AutoCAD drawings and updates based on actual site conditions.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors,
and internal teams for material and manpower planning.
- Troubleshoot on-site technical issues and provide solutions in coordination with the design team.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities and progress reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in HVAC project/site execution.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and HVAC installation practices.
- Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
