Job Summary

We are currently seeking a ERP Specialist Advisor to join our team in PAN India, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Responsibilities

- Oracle Functional Specialist Financials
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle fusion financials GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, SLA, Expenses, Tax, Budgetary control, intercompany.
- Minimum 2 end to end fusion financial implementation exposure
- Need to have solid accounting background
- Lead requirement gathering, business process workshops, and solution design sessions.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend Oracle Fusion Financials best practices.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), configuration workbooks, and business process documentation.
- Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT),



User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, data conversions, and extensions.
- Review functional specifications, test scenarios, and configuration deliverables.
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Guide clients through Oracle quarterly updates and regression testing.
- Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Mentor junior consultants and review project deliverables.
- Act as the primary functional point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders..
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Qualifications
- MBA/CA/CMA/CPA (Preferred)
