Operations - Life Insurance

Role: Lead end-to-end operations for US Life Insurance accounts, ensuring delivery, SLA/KPI performance, client satisfaction, transformation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage large-scale operations, teams, and client relationships.
- Drive operational excellence, transformation, automation, and process improvement.
- Ensure SLA, quality, productivity, compliance, and customer experience targets.
- Lead talent development, engagement, performance, and attrition management.
- Partner with clients, Technology, Data & AI teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Drive growth opportunities, solution development, and senior stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate; MBA preferred.
- Strong experience in Insurance Operations, preferably Life & Annuity / Retirement Services.
- Experience managing large teams and global/remote operations.
- Solid client management and senior stakeholder skills.
- Experience in transformation, automation, AI/technology initiatives, and process improvement.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
