NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Enterprise Architecture Advisor to join our team in Noida and Bangalore. Technical Experience:

- Must have 10+ years of IT experience, 3+ years in managing endpoint tools such as Zscaler Dex/ Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack.
- Must have exposure to Zscaler Dex (ZDX) with platform and admin certifications
- ITIL foundation certification
- Project Management tools JIRA, Azure DevOps
- Experience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, Remedy
- Possesses knowledge of Microsoft Applications like MS Visio,



MS Excel MS PowerPoint

Responsibilities
- Identification of potential use cases to improve user experience, stability, and performance scores in the designated DEX tool
- Experience in implementing and driving automation initiatives
- Create intake processes to gather requirements from stakeholders
- Participate in problem hunting sessions to identify opportunities in the environment
- Analytical skills to slice and dice the data per use case needs
- Create Success Plans, Roadmaps and Value Realization documents to help customer achieve business objectives.
- Responsible for customer/stakeholder relationship management
- Provide cross functional support
- Act as a liaison between vendor and client
