We are looking for a TikTok Growth Hacker/Manager for a 7-figure U.S. wellness brand selling stress relief and hand therapy products on Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok. We are looking for a part-time TikTok Manager and AI Video Content Creator.
This is a hands-on creative role. We need someone who can create TikTok, Reels, and Shorts content, write hooks and captions, use AI video tools like Kling AI, and help us test short-form videos for product growth.
This is not a general VA role and not just a social media posting role. We need someone who can create content ideas, produce short videos, test angles, and report what is working.

Responsibilities
Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads.
Use Kling AI and other AI tools to create product-focused videos, lifestyle videos, product demos, and UGC-style creatives.
Write solid TikTok hooks, captions, scripts, and video concepts.
Research TikTok trends, competitor videos, wellness content, stress relief products, gifting ideas, and office wellness content.
Turn Amazon reviews, product benefits, and customer questions into video content ideas.
Create multiple video variations for testing, including different hooks, captions, CTAs, angles,



and formats.
Manage the TikTok posting schedule and content calendar.
Track performance weekly, including views, engagement, clicks, comments, saves, and sales impact.
Coordinate with designers, editors, influencers, or UGC creators when needed.
Required Skills
Experience creating TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or UGC-style videos.
Experience using Kling AI or similar AI video tools.
Good understanding of TikTok hooks, captions, trends, and short-form storytelling.
Basic video editing skills.
Ability to work independently and suggest content ideas without waiting for detailed instructions.
TikTok brand growth experience.
Ability to collaborate with creators and manage content.
Experience running TikTok ads and growing sales.
Experience with TikTok growth strategies.
Available 1020 hours/week.
Bonus Skills
TikTok Shop experience.
Experience with CapCut, Canva, Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, or other AI creative tools.
Experience creating ad creatives for TikTok or Meta.
Experience with product demo videos.
Experience managing content calendars.
