As an IQC engineer, you will be working closely with the internal Customers and quality lead to implement error
free quality materials. You will also be responsible for to manage QMS systems documentation for incoming
material, in process and postproduction quality.

;Qualifications

;B.Tech/B.E/Diploma Electrical /electronics.

;Experience

- ;3 - 5 years of work experience in quality function in core electronics manufacturing. (Inward quality, in
process quality, supplier quality, inward Product testing)

- ;Hands-on knowledge of inward quality parameters, IEC standards report, rejection reports, Rejection
analysis, Supplier corrective action reports, inwards reports, and documentation control, yellow tags for
rejection.

- ;Knowledge of quality tools like 7QC, Fishbone diagram, Flow charts, histograms, pareto charts, cause and
effect analysis, control charts reading and generation, Check sheets filling.

- ;Persons should be aware of KANBAN, Kaizens,5s implementation, Visual analysis.

- ;Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 QMS documentation and control.

- ;Candidate contains good knowledge in basic electrical testing like Hi-pot test, IR test, Transformer basic
tests, PCB testing.

- ;Basic knowledge of international tests like UL, IEC, CSA, IP etc.

- ;Thorough process planning up to validation in PPAP.

- ;Minimizing measurement errors through proper gauge planning, selection, calibration and MSA.

- ;Overseeing quality policy objectives are adequately deployed through various functions to achieve
efficiency and effectiveness.

- ;Testing Asset management.

- ;QMS documentation.
