Role & responsibilities
- Drive demand forecasting and sales planning to improve forecast accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize stock availability across channels.
- Ensure effective replenishment planning to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Support S&OP; processes through demand insights and business analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Retail, Sourcing, and Finance.
- Monitor key planning KPIs and drive continuous improvement in inventory productivity.
- Lead demand planning for seasonal collections, new launches, and promotional events.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-8 years of experience
- Robust analytical and forecasting skills
- Proficiency in Excel, planning tools, and data analytics
- Ability to derive actionable insights from sales and inventory data
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
