Content Management

- Build/modify/edit pages based on the content provided by stakeholders
- Follow established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content within the ServiceNow and other portals
- Follow Deloitte standards for creating pages on SharePoint using HTML, CSS and Bootstrap.

1. Front-End Web Development:

- HTML & CSS: Expert in building clean page structures and custom styling (including layouts like Grid/Flexbox). They must know how to add custom code without breaking the default SharePoint look.
- Bootstrap: Fluent in using the Bootstrap framework (accordions, tabs, grids). Crucially, they need to know how to safely use it inside SharePoint without messing up Microsofts built-in design.
- Scripting: Comfortable with basic JavaScript/jQuery for page interactivity. For Contemporary SharePoint, they must understand JSON formatting, as this is required to customize lists and columns.

SharePoint-Specific Expertise:

- Modern vs. Classic Limitations: They must know exactly what custom code is allowed in SharePoint Modern versus Classic (for instance, you can't just drop regular scripts onto Modern pages without workarounds).
- Native Features ("Out of the Box"): They should know how to push SharePoint's built-in web parts (like Quick Links or Highlighted Content) to their absolute limits before resorting to custom code.
- Architecture: They must understand how backend lists and libraries feed data to the front-end pages.
