Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Windows Active Directory to lead the design, governance, and modernization of enterprise Active Directory environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Active Directory, Windows Infrastructure, Identity Management, and Hybrid Cloud technologies, while working directly with clients to assess environments, identify gaps, recommend best practices, and deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess and evaluate Active Directory environments to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade Active Directory architectures and governance frameworks.
- Lead Active Directory modernization initiatives, including migrations, consolidations, and hybrid identity deployments.




- Establish and enforce security best practices, access controls, delegation models, and compliance standards.
- Provide technical leadership for Active Directory operations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements, present recommendations, and drive solution adoption.
- Mentor infrastructure teams and ensure operational excellence through standardized processes and best practices.
