Job Summary

Bizionic Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for our digital marketing, social media, websites, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, animation, storytelling, and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging motion graphics, animated videos, reels, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual designs based on marketing requirements.
- Create animations and video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Design teams to deliver creative campaigns.
- Edit and enhance videos using animation, transitions, effects, typography, and sound.
- Create short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, ads, and promotional videos.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and motion content.
- Adapt existing designs and videos into different formats and sizes for various platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest motion design, video editing, social media, and visual content trends.
- Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in Motion Graphics / Video Editing / Graphic Design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of animation, typography, composition, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Valuable understanding of video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and platform requirements.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into engaging visual content.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with 3D animation or Blender/Cinema 4D is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AI-based creative and video tools is a plus.
- Experience in creating B2B, IT, SaaS, or technology-related content is preferred.
