We are looking for a Senior/Lead Data Analyst with 10+ years of experience who can independently understand business problems, analyze data, generate actionable insights, and translate business requirements into data requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and translate business problems into analytical requirements.
- Perform deep-dive analysis using SQL to identify trends, patterns, root causes, and insights.
- Convert data findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Identify required data sources, fields, transformations, and logic.
- Work closely with Data Engineers/Developers to define and build required data pipelines and datasets.
- Validate data and ensure the final output meets business requirements.
- Communicate insights clearly to business and technical stakeholders.

Must Have

- 10+ years of Data Analyst experience.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Excellent business problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Experience working with Data Engineers/Developers on data pipelines.
- Solid stakeholder communication.
- Ability to independently drive Business Problem Data Analysis Insight Recommendation.
