Are you an experienced customer service professional looking to take the next step in your career with an International UK Banking Process?

We are hiring passionate and customer-focused professionals with minimum 18 months of experience in Customer Support / International Voice / Banking / BFSI processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from UK banking customers and provide professional customer assistance.
- Understand customer concerns through effective active listening and probing.
- Resolve banking-related queries accurately while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Assist customers with queries related to accounts, transactions, cards, payments, and banking services as per process guidelines.
- Complete required customer verification and follow all security and authentication procedures.
- Take ownership of customer issues and strive for First Call Resolution (FCR) wherever possible.
- Handle escalations and difficult customer interactions with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Follow banking regulations, process guidelines, quality parameters, and SLA/TAT requirements.
- Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in CRM/ticketing systems.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring proper follow-up.
- Maintain required quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and adherence targets.




- Safeguard confidential customer and banking information in accordance with process requirements.
- Stay updated on process changes, banking products, policies, and customer service procedures.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 18 months of relevant experience in Customer Support / International Voice / Banking / BFSI / BPO.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable handling UK customers over the phone.
- Strong customer-handling, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage challenging conversations professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow banking processes.
- Good computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools.
- Experience in UK Banking / International Banking / Financial Services will be highly preferred.
- Willingness to work according to UK business hours / rotational shifts, as applicable.
